Our Story
Our journey began with ClearIAS in 2012, with the objective of simplifying preparation for the UPSC Civil Services Examination and making high-quality guidance more accessible to aspirants.
What began as an online learning initiative gradually expanded into mobile learning, mock examinations, books, online and offline courses, mentoring and classroom programmes. As our work grew beyond a single examination and into wider areas of education, skills and law, Clear100x emerged as the broader vision connecting these initiatives.
Today, we continue to combine the reach of technology with the guidance of experienced educators to help learners study with greater clarity, direction and confidence.

ClearIAS Junior helps school students build future-ready foundations through knowledge, thinking, communication, life and leadership skills. Its purpose is to encourage curiosity, confidence and responsible learning from an early age.

Our Founder
Alex Andrews George is the founder of Clear100x and ClearIAS. He is an educator, author and mentor whose work focuses on simplifying learning, improving examination preparation and helping learners develop knowledge and skills that remain useful beyond an examination.
His experience as a learner, educator and institution builder has shaped the Clear100x emphasis on clarity, systematic preparation, revision, practice and long-term growth.
