This Privacy Policy explains how Clear100x (“Clear100x,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal information when you access or use our websites, mobile applications, learning platforms, courses, tests and related services.

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

These websites, applications and services are collectively referred to as the “Services.”

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services that have their own privacy policies.

2. About Clear100x

Clear100x is an education and learning brand based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. We provide educational courses, learning resources, examinations, mentoring and related online and offline services.

For personal information processed for our Services, Clear100x generally determines why and how that information is processed. Some technology, payment and platform providers may independently process certain information under their own terms and privacy policies.

3. Information We May Collect

The information collected depends on how you interact with Clear100x and which Services you use.

3.1 Account and Contact Information

This information is used to provide the educational service, maintain learning records and help learners monitor their progress.

3.3 Payment and Transaction Information

When you purchase a course or service, we may collect:

Payments may be processed by third-party payment gateways, app stores or financial institutions. Clear100x ordinarily does not receive or store complete debit-card numbers, credit-card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs or banking passwords.

3.4 Device, Application and Technical Information

When you access our websites or applications, certain information may be collected automatically, including:

  • Operating system and application version
  • Browser type and language
  • Device, installation or application identifiers

Please do not send passwords, OTPs, CVVs, UPI PINs or banking passwords through email, telephone, messaging applications or support forms.

Some application features may request access to device functions such as notifications, camera, photographs or files. Such access will be requested only when needed for a relevant feature and subject to the permissions available on your device.

You may manage these permissions through your device settings. Refusing a permission may prevent the corresponding feature from functioning, but it should not affect unrelated features.

  • Apple App Store and Google Play
  • Payment gateways and financial-service providers

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent as described in this Privacy Policy. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before the withdrawal.

You may opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe facility, where available, or by contacting us. You may disable application notifications through your device settings.

Opting out of promotional communications will not prevent us from sending essential account, payment, security or service-related messages.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

7.4 Government and Law-Enforcement Authorities

7.5 Business Reorganisation

8. Children’s Privacy

Some Clear100x educational Services, including programmes for school students, may be intended for learners below 18 years of age.

Where required by applicable law, we will obtain verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian before processing a child’s personal information.

For child learners:

  • We seek to collect only information reasonably necessary to provide the educational Service.
  • Course progress, attendance, test performance and learning activity may be recorded for educational purposes.
  • We do not knowingly use children’s personal information for targeted advertising directed at them.
  • We do not knowingly process children’s information in a manner likely to cause a detrimental effect on their well-being.
  • A parent or lawful guardian may contact us to access, correct or request deletion of a child’s information, subject to applicable legal requirements.

If we learn that a child’s personal information was collected without the consent required by law, we will take reasonable steps to delete or appropriately restrict that information.

12. Account and Data Deletion

Where an account-deletion facility is available inside the Clear100x application, you may initiate deletion through that facility.

Alternatively, you may request account and personal-data deletion by emailing admin@clear100x.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request.”

Please provide:

  • Your registered name
  • Registered email address
  • Registered mobile number
  • The relevant course or application
  • A brief description of your request

We may contact you to verify account ownership.

After verification, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account, except information that must or may lawfully be retained. Deleting an account may permanently end access to purchased courses, learning history, results and certificates. Deleted information may not be recoverable.

We aim to respond to valid privacy or deletion requests within 30 days, although additional time may be required for complex requests or where permitted by law.

13. International Processing

Some service providers may process or store information on servers located outside your state or country.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the transfer is permitted and that appropriate contractual, technical or organisational safeguards are applied, subject to restrictions imposed by applicable law.
